Nutrition Counseling and Health Coaching Services

This 15-minute call will be used to establish if Wigglesworth Wellness is a good fit for you.

This includes a 90 to 120-minute initial consult and two 45 minute follow-ups. We will discuss in detail your health history, medication use, food habits and lifestyle and develop a unique wellness plan for you.  

This includes three 45-minute follow-ups and is available for clients who have already completed an Initial Consult or Wellness Package.

During this 90 to 120-minute consult, we will discuss in detail your health history, medication use, food habits and lifestyle. Please note that in order to achieve success you will require more than one visit.

A 45-minute consult where we will continue to develop and implement your unique wellness plan.

Two 60-minute appointments. The first one will take place in your home where we will look at the kinds of foods which you purchase.  The second visit will take place at a grocery store of your choosing. Emphasis will be placed on reading food labels and offering healthier substitutions.  This price does not include the purchase of any actual food.

This includes a 90-minute initial consult followed by 5 consecutive weekly 30 minute consults. It also includes daily email communication of 1 email response per day for 6 weeks. Weight loss cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to encourage behavior change through education, motivation, and recipes.
